So for some reason during lunch every single conversation my friends have just end up being about racial slurs. One of my classmates was Russian, and he said he could say the N word because there was a Russian slur where it's just "Vodka n-word"

He said it

And it was technically okay

And one of my other friends thought he made it up just to say the N word. What did he do?
