The Celts are/were not exclusive to Scotland and Ireland. They had numerous tribes throughout Britain and even parts of mainland Europe, from which they originated. The Romans had dominated all but the extremities of England, such as Cornwall, as well as Wales and Scotland. Surviving Celts, however, adopted some of their former ruler's technology and styles. Always has been... So Britain's a multicultural country of immigrants?
