They were on the second floor now. There was an elevator, or the next exhibit, that led to another staircase.

"Add that to your list of complains!" she yelled and ran toward the next exhibit.

She frowned, and did her best to pick up the pace, but she was really getting winded now.

She smiled a bit "Looks like I'm giving you a run for your money!" she laughed.

She grinned and leaned against a wall, crossing her arms "Take your time."

She looked up at Kit, hands on her knees, nothing less than burning contempt in her eyes.

She looked back down at her feet, resisting the urge to wrap her fingers around Kit's neck and strangle the life out of her.

She seemed to snap at that and lunged for her wrist, swinging a cuff on it.
The snap rang into her ears.

She closed the other cuff on her wrist.

She frowned and sighed "Can't f**king believe this-" she mumbled.

She grinned happily, she could scarcely believe it, but the harsh metal biting her wrist proved otherwise.

You heard a smaller more whiny huff from the front seat as the car hummed on.

She blinked and tilted her head a bit. She frowned again and huffed as she bit the chain on the handcuffs again.

The car locked shut. She was still looking at Kit from the rearview mirror.

She turned around.
"Hold out your wrists."

She looked at her and blinked "Oh finally!" she said and held out her wrists.

You heard her sputter and the car jerked forward.

She took her foot off of the break she slammed, and the car moved normally again.

"I said you're bad at driving you idiot!" she huffed and let go of the handle.

She drove silently, doing her best to focus on just, getting to the station. Just, getting there without dying.

She yawned and leaned her head against the window, looking out with a bored look.

She pulled over into a parking lot of some fast food place.
The car clicked open.
"Get out. I never saw you."

She sat up and blinked in surprise, then looked at her "Why the hell are you letting me go-?"

She paused, looking straight ahead.
"I don't exactly want to stop this- thing- we're doing."

She looked at her and got out of the car "See you then.." she nodded and closed the door, heading into the fast food restaurant. She left the stolen jacket and stolen jewelry in the backseat.
