Dragon Ball is pretty cool

I love Dragon Ball

I hate it because of the people who ride gokus dick

Just because it’s iconic doesn’t mean it’s good
It’s mad overrated and really only liked by people who are either stuck in nostalgia or barely seen any anime

It’s the same with evangelion
It’s a very nostalgic anime and said to be one of the best mecha animes aside from gundam but it’s the anime is overrated as well
The plot doesn’t make sense half of the time and they talk way too much with too many still scenes that last like 2 minutes

With dragon ball it’s concept was very original and unique but the plot is basic as hell and most of the fights are ass old and new
They mainly consist of repeating frames of back and forth punching and kicking
There are only probably like 5 good fights in dragon ball when basically half of the series is just fights

So when considering a anime good nostalgia shouldn’t take part in it

People like it for nostalgic? Tell that to teens still watching it to this very day lol! Like, your wrong in so many levels here

No that is not true lol. My friend watched a lot of anime, including Naruto, AoT, SAO, and Jojo but loves that anime. Same with me; I have watched a lot of anime as well, including Fairy Tail, Akame Ga Kill!, MHA, and Demon Slayer (plus what my friend watched minus Jojo) but I love Dragon Ball too.

to become average you need at least around 100 anime seen
ive seen over 400 anime

dont be talking like seeing only 20 anime is a lot

Its anime, you don't need to gatekeep how much people "need" to watch to be "a true anime fan".

And if you barely seen any anime there’s no way you can really understand what’s good or not if you only have a small view on it

I am quite young myself, I have watched and am still watching plenty of animes. If I were to give you a number it would be around like 34 animes that I fully watched, and around 3 that I am still watching. To counter the "One of the First Animes" argument I started Dragon Ball Z and Super as my 9th and 10th Manga (close to an anime enough). Dragon Ball to me is the best Anime I have watched. Now I am talking about the first anime "Dragon Ball" but not many people who like or hate on dragon ball even bother to watch it, since Z overshadows it entirely. Anyway that was something to entertain me for 5 minutes, have a nice rest of the year.
