i swear you either say what people want to hear or you're wrong there is no in between and if you act like there is you will get shamed for it people will find some way to suppress you whether you need help or not
i feel like this is how people actually are, they ask how are you and if you tell them you're not doing good and try to explain why they get all annoyed, like if you didn't want to know why did you ask?
