how would that work biologically.
cheese is made of milk. milk comes from animals (specifically mammals). not only would the mushrooms need to harvest milk from mammals in some kind of way (naturally, might I add), it would need to biologically ferment and keep template the milk long enough for it to become cheese. and after all that, it proudly displays the impossible fruits of its labor, to be harvested. also how in holy hell does it cure calcium deficiency.
