Because God gave us free will. Its entirely us. He judges us for all of this in the end and gives us the next life we deserve. And in God's plan, the eorld gets worse and worse. But eventually jesus will come back and take all who have faith to heaven for ten thousand years. The world will eventually be rid of all of that.
