Check the scale, although good guess. You won't be able to find the dino, so I suggest you try to fill in blanks not related to the unknown specimen. If you piece together a basic idea of whats going on I'll rpovide more information.
As I said earlier, trying to guess the dinosaur is pointless, it will eventually be revealed. For now, try to find the receiver of the letter or the incident mentioned in the letter (the date will be useful for the latter). Once somebody finds one of these I will make a sequel
I'm a dino nerd too, but this character is pretty important. Remember how RAVACAVA suggested the indoraptor, but the date was wrong? The species itself may not be the indoraptor, but the indoraptor, and his creator, is relevant in all of this

I believe it has come the time to discuss [REDACTED] Ingens. As you know, you created it to be even smarter than the [REDACTED], but it escaped and killed an employee. In a way, the [REDACTED] incident was a blessing in disguise, and we were able to write that death off as part of the incident. But I have reason to believe it is not dead yet. I sent a team to study the temporary enclosure we appointed it after that minor death, and we found it torn open, likely from the incident. Unfortunately, we were unable to track it down. I know the military has been contacting you on the subject of creating more [REDACTED], and [REDACTED] could be useful. Given enough time, and money, I could track it down.
