Who’d he voice?

he was the one who made the undertale musical, and he did a fantastic job voicing mettaton. he's a decent singer and has a cool, deep but slightly fem voice.

either matt hargreaves(voiced matt from eddsworld) or Anthony Sardinha(voiced dj grooves from a hat in time) or whatever character that would always refer to someone as "darling" frequently, maybe Pat Carroll (voiced ursula in little mermaid)
