No no no no no. The lore of the saiyan race is monkey. They is monkey (Not racist) . Each ssj form they get closer and closer to monkey. Ssj3 removes eyebrows. Just like an early caveman. So it would only make sense to make the next form an evolution back, right? So he is monke. This is all regardless of tail, as we see with shallot in Dragon Ball Legends
