Specterly, the Sad Spectral Pokémon

Specterly are often sad, or feel incomplete. Due to this, some trainers do not want to work with it as much, and it is one of the least used Pokémon in the Canoa region. They often hide away from others, but are common enough that the population will survive for the current time. However, the Specterly that are used become more complete, but are not completely complete until evolution.
