Wow lets just focus on all the bad things instead of focusing on the many mental health benefits it will have wow that's a great idea

So you just reenforced my argument that people shouldn't chop off body parts of children or adults.

They said "mental health benefits it will have". They didn't say being trans is a mental illness

Being trans is a mental illness.
I am not being mean or snarky. Something in the child’s psyche has to be a bit scrambled in order for them to feel so bad about their real selves that they think by “transitioning” into something that they aren’t will bring them whatever is missing in their lives.
Many have committed suicide after transitioning and discovering that they are still unhappy and that nothing in their lives changed except their appearance.

Research has shown over and over again that the percentage of transgender people who regret transitioning is extremely low, about 3% or less

Nothing you can say will change the fact that you are wrong.
