Midjourney, get a stillshot from your favorite liveaction movie, plug in the screenshot, describe the screenshot, the lighting, the foreground lighting/brightness, the background lighting/brightness, state the character you're trying to reference, describe their attributes, describe unique attributes, describe their emotional state, then describe all the extra-curricular details (glowing red eyes, embers, etc.) make sure to do it in "Niji" mode, then get your output, then, take the output message, plug in the output image, and do it all over again.
Between each prompt you'll need to curate which image looks most like what you're going for, must have an eye for detail cuz it messes things up sometimes.
Then, you'll need to do your own touch up work (if applicable).
