When I was asked to cite in the COUS (like they honor it anyway /s) where Militia is contingent upon the people, I asked them to cite where it states that everyman is defined as Militia. They can't even answer their own questions.
AV tried to answer with a court hearing, which as we all know are subject to change and are subjective to the time that the decisions are made. And with Trump's crime-ridden presidency, coupled with their unprecedented powergrab to pack the court, SCOTUS is about as valuable as a rock.
