and I'm confused on the laws, I don't think they're even allowed to make the laws official .-.

Technically, these laws are unconstitutional because they violate human rights guaranteed in multiple parts of the constitution, and I believe also in the declaration of independence

Hoping that the corrupt government who wants to eradicate us, stops being corrupt and stops wanting to eradicate us
They would find some way to overturn it, saying it’s for the kids or some bullshit like that

Make a religion all about being trans and stuff, and because of free exercise clause in the constitution, no organization or legislative body can deny us the right to practice our religion. If we make being trans a key part in the religion, then by the first amendment and the free exercise clause of the constitution, no state or organization can deny us the right to transition due to its integral part of our “religion”. There was a court case in the past about an omish family versus the state of Wisconsin. They Supreme Court sided with the omish due to the fact that what was being debated was a matter of religious practice. The only problem is the current membership of the Supreme Court. With 6 conservatives, the case is unlikely to win if the judges follow in the steps and stuff they have already shown with Roe V Wade. However, if the judges are following the "normal" conservative mindset, they will just follow the decisions of previous court cases. If a case involving this made it to the Supreme Court, in is possible they could side with us given that it would now be a religion. The court also has a precedent of the case Wisconsin V Yoder. It is unlikely to win, however, there is a chance. The court is also more likely to actually hear the case if it gained enough attention due to the fact that it involves religion. The court absolutely loves cases involving freedom of religion for some reason. Many of the cases they take involve it in some way. To loop back around, this would become a court case by the anti trans bill across the US violating the new religion's (the trans religion) right to practice. We would then sue the state for denying the right to freedom of religion. Suing a state gains the attention of a lot of people, which is exactly what we would want for this case. The religion would need to have a lot of members to actually be respected in any capacity. More attention, more members, more support.

If we make a religion and spread it enough, we could literally sue the government for violation of the first amendment
