There was a lot of stuff that was left out in the 4th episode that a lot of fans are confused and angry about, but we can only hope that Glitch will explain this in the 5th episode

For the third one, in some of the scenes we can see a hand. Because Tessa is the only human we know of at this point, we can only assume it was hers.

The 2ed one I think I have a theory so her mom was number 2 and we know that part of each of the parents programs are used for the vessel thing and well you get the idea I think.
