Yes, but there's an overwhelmingly large number of copy sites.

Personally I would recommend going to geographytips.org then clicking on the apps tab then the one that says 9anime.

It's being updated with every episode/movie of anime as it's released, but the more recent it is the less likely it is to be dubbed. Pretty sure everything on there is subbed, one way or another.
