God created a beautiful and perfect world. This world could have been like a second Heaven if things had been different....It is man...in the person of Adam..... who disobeyed God, who WARNED him and Eve, and he "opened the door" to Satan and all of the awful things that have happened in this world, but even still, God in His love and mercy sent His Son to die a horrific death on the cross FOR US, that we might be saved in eternity.... God has no pleasure in all of the horrible things that have happened in this world, you can be sure......He is grieved for those who are killed in horrible disasters, or disease, or what other fallen human beings do......It is SATAN who HATES God and he hates all of us.....He wants as many lost sinners to go to hell as he can get before his time as "god" of this world is over.....

GOD loves enough to do all He could to keep us out of Hell, but each one of us has to make that personal CHOICE to trust Jesus as their Savior. This quote from John 3:16 was spoken by the SON OF GOD Himself to Nicodemus....God is NOT going to FORCE anyone to be saved against their will. He is not a TYRANT over His creation. Salvation is absolutely FREE to us...JESUS did the HARD part....He suffered in a way that NONE of us can ever comprehend.....and He took on OUR SINS, OUR GUILT, AND OUR SHAME....and bore the JUDGMENT for OUR sins on the cross.....

So ask him to do it!

Because of Adam's disobedience, mankind was ALREADY on the way to Hell and God could have just walked away and that would be the end of it, BUT HE DIDN'T.....In His absolute grace and mercy and love for fallen man, He sent His Son to pay the price for OUR sins, that we might go free....That is, whoever WANTS to GO FREE from satan and be SAVED. God does NOT decide for us. He is giving us a WAY OUT....God is not willing that ANY of us should perish for eternity, but He is leaving it up to each and everyone of us to decide if we WANT to be saved and receive the most PRECIOUS gift that we could ever have.....God is NOT a tyrant or Dictator. He is absolutely loving, but He will ALSO not compromise His absolute righteous-ness.... That was what satan was counting on when he got Adam and Eve to do what God told them NOT to do. He figured he would have leverage to force God to take HIM back into Heaven, but he found out otherwise. God did not COMPROMISE His righteousness in order to save us. He sent His Son to pay the price and He did....perfectly and completely. The fact that God raised Him from the dead is absolute PROOF that the sacrifice of Jesus was totally accepted and God's promise to all who would come to believe in Him that they too would have eternal LIFE in Heaven..... God's word WARNS mankind in order than we WOULD turn to Him and be saved, just as a doctor warning a patient about cancer or a heart attack. God tells us what we NEED to know......If you LOVE someone, you do all you can for their well-being and protection....NOT because you want to frighten them or whatever. Jesus warned people quite often about Hell....and perishing there..... as in JOHN 8:24.....He did so out of His love and concern for us. THAT is why He came, that we might be saved. See JOHN 3:17.

Let me just wing this by you in an attempt to persuade you personally rather than score points for the mouse in your pocket. People who want God to leave us alone have between one and zero people praying for “leave that guy alone” (zero because being an atheist rather than an agnostic prayer is simply self-stimulation). But many of us are still on good terms with multiple believers who don’t want friends and family members to rot in Hell. So when God tallies votes on leaving alone we’re outnumbered! And if God hears the prayers of the righteous and ignores the prayers of the wicked guess what will happen?
