How do you open doors

I prefer to just get rid of doors completely. Outlaw them throughout the land

I ran into a glass door a while back and I have had a grudge against doors ever since. Though Maybe we should just outlaw glass doors in that case. But I'm a generalizer and prefer to handle the problem by indescrimately outlawing doors
