Aren’t the records pence was supposed to count documents? As I recall, they had to be ushered to safety.

Also, you can’t disrupt an official proceeding if you don’t tampering with records or documents?

It seems to me like tampering with documents or records is a totally different thing than obstructing a congressional proceeding.
