Step 1. So first I whisked together about 7 eggs with 1 cup of milk until it turns into a thick yellow liquid
Step 2. I melted about a tablespoon of butter in a cast iron skillet on medium and poured the egg and milk mixture into the pan
Step 3. I cooked it the normal way you make scrambled eggs, mixing it about every 3 minutes.
Step 4. I added salt and pepper and when the eggs were done cooking, slapped some white american cheese on there and waited for it to melt.
