because 7 committed arson on a large hotel building which led to 32 deaths but she also caused property damage therefor she was charged with arson and collateral damage rather than murder charges, and then she was released 20 years after. 6 was a surviver of the event and she is now alone with 7 in a dark alleyway at 2:00 in the morning.
