This man in the picture is Silencio678. You have been sent to eliminate him as he poses a threat to your kind. Unfortunately, you know little about him, so you must be careful.

Rules:
-No overpowered characters!
-No joke characters, unless you can act them seriously.
-Your OC must have human like features, so car OCs are not allowed. (Bambi-like OCs are allowed. However, read the rule above.)
-Romance is actually allowed! Its hard to get him to like you however. (Must be a straight girl lmao)

(phantom can turn invisible but if that is too much power then i can make them very good at hiding especially in the dark)

Jrak hands Phantom a tracking device.

“You will need that. Good luck, and if you get him, you will get a BIG sum from the agency.”

Phantom- cool...hey thanks for the info by the way.

“No problem!”

*Jrak’s phone vibrates*

“Oh- wait give me a second. Someones calling.”

*Jrak grabs the phone, and answers the call.*

“Hello?”
“Oh right.”
“Ill get over there asap.”

*He ends the call.*

“I gotta go. Good luck on capturing him!”

*Jrak walks away from the alley.*

Phantom- uh ok thanks!...hmm interesting...*checks the tracking device*

It shows a dot, and it reveals to be Silencio’s location. Hes not far.

Phantom- oh nice not that far!...is that good? meh...*begins walking in the direction of Silencio's location*

After a few minutes, you finally see him. Hes under a tree.

Phantom- hmmm interesting...he seems under prepared but to be honest I would be as well.

he doesnt notice you. This is a great time to do a sneak attack!

Phantom- big brain time...*goes invisible*

Cappucino: Well, what do ya know? The hardened criminal responsible for 621 dead Caffies. 'Bit taller than I imagined, but hey, I'm no artist.
