The vengeful spirits of world war 2(Godzilla gmk) or a drone designed to dissemble useless items and stuff(disassembly drone). Godzilla would win this because when he exploded in gmk his heart still beat on the ocean floor. The disassembly drone is smaller and probably weaker. The only way it would win is that it would find a way to create a wound in godzilla so when he fired his atomic breath it would cause him to explode. And Godzilla can shrug off conventional weapons so he would have an advantage. And if godzilla would not use his beam he could also stomp tail smack slash bite and do other physical attacks. Therefor The winner is Godzilla.
