Quzoo is a part of the Lixan species and a chemist, and was kicked out for 'dangerous experiments.'
The rest of the Scientists were working on an organism that could help them in case of battle. Quzoo was making an elixir that could grant sentience and was unaware of the other scientist's experiment. While working on his elixir, there was an explosion of blue and it mixed with his natural yellow pigment, giving him a greenish color. One of the scientists taking care of the creature noticed a bluish tint on it but thought nothing of it until later that day they saw Quzoo, who was green instead of the natural yellow color of the Lixans. They were one of the few that were aware of what Quzoo's experiment was and believed that his experiment had contaminated the creature and that if he stayed there was a significant risk of the beast turning on them. Because of this, Quzoo was sent away from the Lixan planet. However, small connections were being made in the beast's mind already...
Quzoo was sent away from the island, and as he turned away, he saw alarms. Larger rockets flew away from the planet as the beast burst out of the bunker, sending rubble in every direction. Quzoo's experiment had somehow gotten to the beast, giving it a small amount of sentience. The rubble knocked down a few of the rockets, but enough escaped for the Lixans to continue, but there was no telling where they would end up. THE BACKSTORY FOR THE OC I JUST POSTED
