No the only entity in doors that is scary is timothy and timothy is 1 in a 200 chance

At first it is, but I can give you advice on each entity, excluding the Rooms’ entities, that you have a chance to go to a door 60, though I wouldn’t recommend it.. First up is Rush. When the lights flicker, he comes in and darkens the room, opening the door for the next room. His audio signal is sort of a scream. Next is Screech. In dark rooms, the screen will shake slightly until you hear a “Psst”. Look at him to repel him. Then there’s Timothy. He is a spider who lurks in the drawers, and if he jumpscares you, you lose 5% of your health. Then there’s Eyes. Look away from him, preferably at the ground, or else you lose health. Over and over. You can walk through him. He radiates a purple glow. Then there’s Ambush. He’s a green version of Rush. He is signaled by some sort of scream? I don’t know how to describe it. He will come back several times, usually 1-3. Then there’s Hide. If you stay in the hiding spots for too long, then you will get shoved out. Jack forbids you to enter a spot at all. Then there’s Seek. If the lights flicker and there’s eyes on the walls, then you know you’re about

(Resumed)to see him. Then, you go to a long hallway, where Seek will chase you. Then there’s Figure. He only appears at doors 50 and 100. At door 50, you search through a library, where books show what shape mean what number the padlock code is. The decoding paper is on a desk. Crouch the ENTIRE TIME. He is blind, but has great hearing. If you get too close, he can sense your heartbeat. At door 100, you have to find circuit breakers to fix your escape elevator. Then there’s Snare. He appears in doors 90-99. Look on the ground for him, for he will trap you for a second. This can be fatal, as Rush and Ambush are here. Also, pictures of each entity will be shown in replies from me. There’s Guiding Light, who is your teacher about each entity when you die to them. There’s also Jeff. He will have a shop at door 52. You can use gold from looting to purchase items to help. That pretty much wraps it up. Good luck…

Then there's also DUPE. He takes 40% of your HP, so make sure you remember what door you're on. You can't check your door number, as it will be smudged by dupe as soon as you open it. Rush can actually help you in these rooms, as he opens the correct door, leaving dupe's door number on the ground.
