i look at it not only from his skill but his influence. he was a big part of nwa and mentored snoop and em who are some of the biggest names in rap to this day. plus 2001 is a fire album

I mean If your talking about infuence that Kanye would be at number one beacuse hes inspired many rappers and made most of there childhoods like J cole and kendrick lamar those rappers were in kanyes era so i think if you talking also about infuence kanye def up there

any ways kanye has way better rap then dre beacuse you have Collage dropout,LR, MBTDF are all great rap albums
