Introduction of Deltarune Villain OC.
Name: Great Eye of Kingdom Blasteye clan
Powers/attacks: Dark magics, huntsdown(attack that brings Susie down on 80 HP especially), Blasteye scream(a scream that works to protect from some of Ralseis magic, yet it is not that effective if Kris uses their defense).

Possible acts: Calm speech(Ralsei & Kris), Generous leftover(Kris hands over a peice of food to show peace).
