Like I said, his accounts are usually deleted quickly, so if you weren't online for it, you missed it. If you look at the rules for the stream "Potatos_Island" (Totally just not tryna advertise my own stream here) one of them will be about Jeffrey. If you open up the rule in Msmg for the list of users to never ban, Jeffrey is one of them. Just wait, and maybe you'll happen to see a post from someone in this stream about how Jeffrey is back, and 15 minutes later, he'll likely have deleted
