1. I kinda feel like mr incognito has no reason to exist other than pizza face
2. Male bosses have unique moves

Mask Menace/Mr. Incognito exists to hide Billy's identity so when it's revealed it's him Cory is all like "THAT GUY????"

What if the first phase was instead a staticy tv that would afterwards display Billy’s cartoon and he would pop out of it
