My Theory: How Walking Wake confirms the Eeveelution Beasts Theory

Walking Wake is a confusing entry to the paradox pokemon, mostly since people say it retcons the burning tower in Johto, however, I think I have an idea on this. If we look at Vaporeon it looks rather out of place compared to the other eeveelutions. Rather than the others which are identifiably mammalian, Vaporeon looks rather reptilian, the ears, the tail, the neck frills, not very like a mammal, but very much like Walking Wake, another reptile. Vaporeon and Wake share many traits, the reptilian tail, the three toes, rather alike. So, my proposition is that Walking Wake would eventually evolve into Vaporeon, with a paradox Entei becoming Flareon and Raikou becoming Jolteon. But then, the Johto Burning Tower would be struck by lightning, causing a Vaporeon, Flareon and Jolteon to die. But then, Ho-oh revived them as the beasts, with Suicune combining the traits of Wake and the more mammalian appearance with Vaporeon now being an evolution of Eevee
