RECIPE
fried shrimp:
get 1lb raw shrimp, devein and peel shrimp, leaving tails on if possible.
mix 1 1/3 cup flour, 3/4 tsp salt, and 1/2 tsp pepper in a bowl. beat eggs in a seperate bowl. pour kikkoman panko bread crumbs on flat surface (like cookie sheet) heat oil in large heavy pot up to at least 2 inches deep. wait until it's at least 350 degrees Fahrenheit, then coat shrimp in flour, shaking off excess, dip in egg and roll in kikkoman panko bread crumbs, pressing firmly. do in batches, (so about 2 handfuls) and take out of hot oil when ready (1-2 minutes). you can tell it was ready if it's a golden brown and floats up to the top,
scrambled eggs: get 3 medium eggs, a splash of milk, some salt, and some pepper (grinded from a black peppercorn grinder) in a measuring cup and beat eggs until frothy. get pan on stove, medium heat, and spray with cooking spray. wait until the pan is hot, and pour the eggs on, chopping them up immediately after (chop with spatula and then push the eggs around the pan) and pour bacon bits onto the eggs. cook until done. put extra salt/pepper on if needed.
