The thing that I always die to is his lightning bolt attack, due to its quick speed and difficulty to predict. With metal weapons on you, the lightning bolt can sometimes repel and hit him (for some reason), dealing big damage to him, but you also take more damage, which usually results in you dying due to the rain also increasing the damage it deals to you. I've gotten really close to defeating him in recent attempts, increasing my maximum HP through the use of BDs.

you need to remove the fence using the noclip glitch and scale the mountain while maintaining fire on big cloud, when you get to the top you have to enter a code into the mountaintop, the code is 8543. that'll take you to the graveyard

You gotta wait until he attacks you, his attack can be dodged relatively easily if you time it right. He takes a little while to recover from his attack animation so you have ample time to heal or attack him.

Is there any way to prevent him from doing the attack where he covers the arena in fog, almost blinding you? Is there any way to get rid of the fog?

There is no way to prevent it, but using any explosives can push the fog outwards from the explosion.

How much total health does he have through the three phases of the fight?

1st phase: ~20,000

2nd phase: ~30,000

Final phase: ~ 50,000

He has 100,000 health points in total.

I've found that the Comically Long Umbrella does critical hits to him, no matter what. But it's too slow to be useful, so I've been using the Leafblower IV++.

Leafblower IV++ is one of the few non-explosive weapons that can repel fog.
