What’s the AU about?

It's our own version of the superhero/villain AU. The L'Manbergians are instead part of a crime group known as the L'Villains. Dream is aged down to be around Tommy's age, so 17-18. Dream is an unregistered vigilante-turned-deranged walking morality crisis. I could go into more detail, considering my brother has the whole story mapped out, but for your sake, this is what I've got.
