I had an orc the wad gonna help them later in the campaign. They killed the orc cause he harmed a players family member is self defence out of being attacked cause rasim.
The way he died was a hammer to the skull.
I later had him come back wearing a large full head helmet (as in it covered his entire head) screwed and bolted in. I upped his stat's to an orge (the hard orc half ogre) and he was leading a group of a few orcs and hobgoblins (in my campaign there was an alliance between the two races. Or a mutual friendship case they fought together and against each other). The later killed that small army and the main orc was killed by the ranged fighter.
I had the arrow fly threw his eye.
2-3 sessions later guess what. He returned again as a grumish one eye. But a necromancer and the physical ability of an orge. He also had a small band of ranged skeletons. The original player who killed him the first time did die. But so did the orc.
He was killed bye the paladin with a divine smite on a sword. Which cut off his arm.
Now this was in a shopping session before the players went to a fire giant forge. Now Guess which eyeless, armless, iron skull orc was waiting for them in the throneroom. 1 monologue later and this orc reanimate some firegaint corpses in the previous room, counterspelled a counterspeell. And had the physical strength of a hill giant.
