so, for my question. Why does Roblox have like 6 billion hackers, but i swear in front of a hacker/dev(i dont know what he was yet) and i get instantly banned. but when i report any form of haker, they do nothing.

Roblox Moderation in General is trash (as known), and most devs or hackers really just want to aim on the innocent.

also, most devs are actually teens or kids. they just like power, I guess. I actually did something of the sorts too when an owner joined a game i was playing, I just remembered he didn't like the "It's raining tacos" song and I just handed out time-bans whenever someone played it. That's why and how I know.
