That is interesting. Maybe modest housing will go into style. It’s weird how you can have a house like this in the same city where there are thousands of homeless people. If you are buying a house like this from now on, you will be factoring in mansion tax, and contributing to equity. (Assuming that’s what they use the mansion tax money for.)
