And also at the end of Predacon Rising, Megatron (who was now reincarnated into Galvatron, following his death and revival of Bumblebee and his Voicebox, and his revival was shown in the beginning of PR), Revived by Unicron, who gave him a new body but was controlling him, lost control of Megatron and then, before Prime sacrificed him self, finally turned back to normal after being driven by hate and Dark Energon throughout most of TP, said something good for a change and then turned back into a jet and left, never to be seen again. UNTIL 2015, IN A LAME BATTLE AGAINST GALVATRON (this time now almost fully controlled by Unicron), WHO SOMEHOW CAME BACK TO LIFE AND WANTED TO BRING A SPACEBRIDGE TO BRINGBACK AN EVIL MEGATRON, AND THOUGH 2015’S RID WASNSUPPOSED TO BE A SEQUEL, IT DOESNT EVEN FOLLOW THE ENDING OF PREDACONS RISING, WHICH HAD A GOOD MEGATRON

Which is why 2015’s RID literally sucked. Absolutely sucked.

At the end of Transformers: Prime - Predacon Rising (2014), which was the movie after the end of the 2013 series Transformers Prime, Optimus sacrificed himself to make the Well of Life start working again, which would then start making Autobots and would start Cybertron’s life cycle again. While all that was emotional and really nice but sad to see (Optimus was in his best version in Transformers Prime, but their mission was to revive Cybertron), 2015’s Transformers: Robots In Disguise RUINED THE WHOLE THING AT THE END OF SEASON 1 By bringing back Optimus Prime, and then RID got even worse after that. It was supposed to serve as a sequel to Transformers Prime but it just completely fricked it up before they even continued making more episodes.
