I þink you need to get to at most 1000 points, which is how many points you need to be able to not need to wait until you can comment again. I don't know exactly how many points you need to be able to comment or you might need confirm an email address. What does it say when you try to comment on your alt?

When you refresh does it scroll to a certain comment? If so, remove everyþing after þe question mark and þe question mark in þe url and it might fix it
