Sarvente: (Shakes her head no)

Sticks: (glares at selever)

Sarvente: It's just.. well.. my brother found out about the last time Sonic and Mephiles fought and.. well... to say he's kind of scared is an understatement.
Selever: (Terrified)

Sticks: (breaks the 4th wall) oh so he doesn't see those people who are controlling us and telling us what we do?

Me: Sticks, what did I say about breaking the fourth wall?

(The power goes out)
Bubbles: !

(Scared)

(Mephiles shows up out of nowhere and scares the crap out of Silver and Sonic)

Sonic: HOLY F-
(glaring at sonic)

Bubbles: (Also got scared)

(The lights come back on, causing Mephiles to hiss and hide in the kitchen)

(Scared)

Bubbles: Wait.

(Yawns)

Bubbles: (Looking through a book)
[Note: This is going to be an important part of the plot later.]

Bubbles: (Reading quietly)

Bubbles: (Ends up seeing "Monster in the Mirror" [Shattered's written name] in the book she was reading) !

Whisper: Hey! Get back here!

Bubbles: (Reading, now really concerned)

The page she was reading: Monster in the Mirror: Myth from olden times. A powerful monster who wanted to rule the land, defeated by the Hero Hearts and imprisoned in an abandoned castle in the woodlands. Legend has it that on the longest day of the thousandth year, the stars will aid in his escape, and he will bring about nighttime eternal.

Whisper: (trying to catch the yellow wisp)
(Laughing)
Yellow wisp: (playing with whisper) ^^

Bubbles: (At 1 HP)
Shattered: (Laughing)

Mephiles: (runs in)

Shattered: WHAT THE H3LL!? Ink, Yan, GET THEM!!

Mephiles: stop right there. (Makes them listen by freezing them)

Yanberry: What the?!
Bubbles: ..?

Mephiles: if you touch me you will die instantly. You wouldn't have a chance.

Shattered: ... (Stands up, completely ignoring the freezing effect) Hehe.. looks like I found another potential ally.
Bubbles: (Has her mouth taped shut) *In mind: He'll never join you! NEVER!*

Mephiles: dont touch me. (Uses telekinesis to take the tape off)

Shattered: Join with me, Mephiles... Just imagine how strong we'll become...! We'll purge this world of humans, but why stop there? Together, we could break the barrier into their reality... The mysterious 'Earth...' just imagine it... Their cities burning, their seas boiling, their very planet withering to ash... We can finally end them, but only if you join me.

Bubbles: He'll never join you! NEVER!

Mephiles: you talk too much. (Shuts him up)

(Lets go)
Bubbles: (Concerned)

THAT NIGHT..
Shattered: (Ended up stealing Mephiles' powers and teleporting away)

Bubbles: (Was in the library, desperately trying to find a way to stop Shattered) Ugh! How can I stop Shattered without the Hero Hearts?!

*Infinite followed her and started badgering her with questions about what was going on. Mostly questions like "What are the Hero Hearts?" and "How did you know about that slimeball!?"

Sarvente: (To Infinite) Calm down. She isn't any spy. But she sure knows what's going on.

Bubbles: *Sighs* I read all about the prediction of Shattered. Some mysterious objects called the Hero Hearts are the only things that can stop him, but I don't know what they are, where to find them; I don't even know what they do!

(Blaze finds a book with the title "The Hero Hearts: A Reference Guide" a couple of seconds after Bubbles said that last part.)

(Picks you up) Bubbles? Tails and I are going to get some sleep. We'll see you when this whole mess clears up. (Heads back to the house w/ you)

Bubbles: Thanks Blaze. (She opens the book) "There are six Hero Hearts, but only five are known: Kindness, Bravery, Generosity, Honesty and Determination. The sixth is a complete mystery. It is said, the last known location of the Hero Hearts was in the ancient castle of the royal brothers. It is located in what is now..." (Gulp) "the Dark Forest."

Bubbles: (Sitting at the top of a hill)

Rouge: (talking about selever)
Tangle: (laughing)

Shattered: (Planning an ambush, but decides to send a small warning in advance, via a note on the table. Silver ends up finding it a while later.)

Silver: Really?

The Note: Roses are red, violets are blue,
We're coming after you.
T-Minus 2 Minutes.
P.S. Maybe 4 minutes if Yanberry forgot his shoes.

Silver: Im guessing its from shattered... as there is black goop on it.

Bubbles: (Spits out her coffee after hearing Silver say that) Oh crap..

SIlver: and to make it worse yanberry is coming too.

Bubbles: (Quickly sets her coffee on the counter and runs upstairs to grab a weapon)

Bubbles: (Walks in) What are you guys doing?

Don't worry about it.

Bubbles: (Goes over to Shadow and helps him up)

(Mephiles found out about the Thunderclan. Either this will be a trainwreck, or just a case of a rival returning.)
Bubbles: (By herself)

Sarvente: (Went out to look for Bubbles, with Shadow following suit)
Bubbles: (Got lost in the woods)

Shadow slapped me. (Reaveals a big hand mark on his cheek)

Shattered: (Uses magic to make Mephiles hallucinate his greatest failure)

Mephiles: (still strangling) I'm not stopping this is a hallucination.

Shattered: (Throws Mephiles across the room) I SAID GET OUT!!

Mephiles: (choking shattered)

(Mephiles goes over to Bubbles)

Mephiles: (hug)

Bubbles: ?

Mephiles: (injured)

Bubbles: (Notices and asks what happened)

Mephiles: don't worry.

Bubbles: ?

Infinite: ^^

Bubbles: (Turns around and hugs Infinite)

Infinite: ^^

Bubbles: (Found a voodoo doll of Infinite on the ground) ?

Infinite: (on the floor)

Bubbles: (Picks it up)

Bubbles: Infinite, are you okay?

Infinite: PUT IT DOWN!

Bubbles: (Confused)

(Body falls to the ground after mephiles wakes back up in his own body)

Bubbles: You okay, Tails.

Bubbles: Let me guess, Mephiles?

Bubbles: (Gets hugged from behind by Infinite)

Infinite: ^^

Bubbles: I have a feeling that something really bad is going to happen.. but I'm not sure what.

[She's partly telling the truth. She knows what's going to happen, and has a bad feeling about it.]

THE NEXT DAY..
(Mephiles got a pretty rude awakening, having heard a loud thud coming from outside)
Bubbles: (Also woke up from the noise)

Bubbles: (Went outside to investigate, only to see Infinite on the ground)
[Infinite ended up falling and landing on his arm. For whatever reason, (*cough* Shattered *cough*) the Phantom Ruby was stolen from him.]

*Hugs you*

Bubbles: (Helps Infinite up)

(Tries to make you laugh)

Yanberry: (Holding Amy and Sonic at knifepoint)

(All 3 teleport back to the castle, stopping the attack, but now there's a new problem on the hands of our heroes.)
Bubbles: Let me go!

Shadow: (Walks in) guys I heard yelling. what happened?

(Mephiles is just staring in stunned silence..)
Sarvente: We've been ambushed.
[And I have the feeling that he's going to go after Shattered and his goons.]

Shadow: ?
(injured)

Selever: And they took Bubbles.
(Mephiles runs off to get Bubbles back after Selever said that.)

Shadow: !

[PAUSE

Are you okay?]

[Not at all...]

[*Hug*]

[*Gives headpats*]

[It's okay if you don't want to talk about it.]

[Let's just continue...]

AT THE DARK FOREST..
Bubbles: (Tried to convince the others to let her do this solo)
Sarvente: No can do. We aren't letting any friend of ours go into that creepy place alone. We're stickin' to you like caramel on a candy apple.

Shattered: (Annoyed)

[Shattered is around Jame Bond villain level of dramatic.]

[(You just killed me with laughter)

Shattered: (Just grabs Bubbles by the neck)

Bubbles: (Was pretty banged up from the ensuing fight with Shattered, but was okay otherwise)

Mephiles: ...(done with shattered sh1t) I'll be right back. (Teleports to shattered)

Shattered: (Muttering) F[un]king.. rat.. b@st@rd!

Mephiles: you b1tch. (Grabs shattereds neck really hard)

Shattered: (Throws Mephiles away) GET OUT!

Mephiles: (ignores the laws of phhysics) you know what little goopy b@st@rd? I'm sick of your sh1t. (Starts to strangle him)

[*Hug*]

[Everyone got to the bridge leading to the Hero Hearts, but it wasn't easy!

Here were all the obstacles, and how everyone got past them thus far (bc I got kinda lazy):
- The aforementioned rockslide, which Selever shielded everyone from. (Kindness)

- Terrifying illusions. Mephiles, in what can best be described as an out of character moment, calmed everyone down, even laughing at the illusions. (Bravery)

- A sphinx with three riddles, which Whisper answered truthfully. (Honesty)

- And last but not least, the path to a river being blocked by a sea witch lamenting her necklace being stolen. Sarvente gave her necklace to the sea witch so she can allow them to pass.(Generosity)]

(Hugging you)
Sarvente: (Noticed the bridge was broken) So, now what?

(Infinite uses the still up rope on the bridge to get across)

...I feel like I'm missing something...

Bubbles: Hey Infinite, think you can tie the other rope to that boulder? It might lift up the rest of the bridge so we can get across.

Infinite: eh why not. (Does so)

Bubbles: (Puts it on the floor)

Infinite: (falls to the ground)

Bubbles: (Goes over to Infinite and helps him up)

Bubbles: (Was on the floor)

infinite: (helps up)

Bubbles: Thanks.

Infinite: mhm.

Bubbles: (Hugs Infinite)

Bubbles: (Eventually found the ruins of some temple) *Thinking: Weird.

Shadow: (walks in) why are you looking at me like that cherry?

Sarvente: (Runs back to the house w/ Bubbles right behind her)

?! (Got pushed by sarvente while walking)

Sarvente: Guys, this is really bad.

(Walks in) BAD ENOUGH TO SPRAIN MY ARM! (Holding arm)

Bubbles: So, none of you have been in here before?
Selever: Heck no! Just look at it - it's dreadful.
Sarvente: And it ain't natural. Folks say it don't work the same as back in town.
Bubbles: What's that supposed to mean?

(Mephiles took that as a chance to freak out the part-demon siblings.)

Sarvente: Mephiles, q-quit it.

Bubbles: (Looks up) Um guys..?
Selever: (Notices) Rockslide!

Selever: (Uses magic to make a shield to protect everyone from the falling rocks)

[Okay, just to ask, what is with the "..." responses? I honestly can't tell if something's upsetting you.]

Selever: (Gets rid of the shield after the rockslide stopped) Is everyone okay?
Bubbles: Yep.
Sarvente: (Nods)

[...its nothing...]

Shattered: (Teleports over to Bubbles)
Sarvente: Aw man! We were so close, too!
Selever: Come on, we gotta go find them before anything else crazy happens! (Runs off)

Infinite: I got scared...

Selever: (Quickly hugs Infinite)

A FEW MINUTES LATER..
Shattered: (Destroyed the Hero Hearts [or so he thinks]) You foolish girl! Thinking you could defeat me? Now you will never see the light of day! The night will last forever! *Evil laughing*

Infinite: TmT

Bubbles: (Heard the others heading their way and.. well.. a small spark appeared in her eyes) ..You think you can destroy the Hero Hearts just like that? Well, you're wrong, because the spirits of The Hero Hearts are right HERE!

(The shards start floating)
Shattered: What?!

Infinite: TmT

Sarvente: (Trying to help Infinite calm down)

Shattered: You still don't have the sixth Hero Heart! The spark didn't work!

Bubbles: But it did! A different kind of spark. I felt it the very moment I realized how happy I was to be with (turns to the others) all of you. The spark ignited inside when I realized that you all... are my friends! (She hugs all 5)

Infinite: (calmed down)

Bubbles: (Starts using healing magic on the wound)

Mephiles: ...

Bubbles: (Visibly concerned)

Mephiles: don't worry.

(Yanberry is after Bubbles again!)
Yanberry: Bubbles, my sweet, my rosy! I want you to come home with me: you and I are going to do such wondrous things to this world!
Bubbles: No... I don't want to go with you.
Bubbles: But I can love you, my rosy. I can love you more than Gaia, love you more than black holes love the light. Senpai-
