Personally, I think this gets a big W (Win).
1. This meme gets straight to the point. It mentions what it has to mention and nothing else.
2. The punchline is unexpected, but it makes sense.
3. The use of a beloved character in a beloved (perhaps undeservingly but that's another story) TV show adds a sense of relatability to the meme.
