The reason we disapprove low quality memes (at least, most mods do), is so the stream is not loaded with low quality memes/articles. If you want to learn how to improve your skill, please ask me.

I'm gonna be honest, just putting a celebrities face over bread and making them SCP's is not good quality in my opinion.
