Everyone on politicsToo are Pro-Choice and I'm willing to bet that politicsToo people hate guns, love marijuana, support giving criminals second chances even when they don't deserve it, they probably support the willow project unless they're a Green Party nut, and they'd believe in more regulations than what I'd believe in.

People don't fit into neat little boxes IRL. People aren't simply right or left. People are complex. But that doesn't play well on the interwebz were you need your views to fit into a picture and a paragraph.

That's not how the USA constitution works. The states have to vote on amendments.
The supreme court can't make laws.
But don't tell that to Democrats. They would cry.

And what about the Roe V Wade overturning? I'm pro-life but I believe in reporting facts that Roe v Wade was in fact overturned by the Roe V Wade which I think was a part of the 14th Amendment

As for Australia, we have referendums to which the people are the supreme court (which I think Australia has a better way to change the constitution)
