but hyperspace is a different dimension isn't it? so it wouldn't work unless the asteroid was towed to the planet the shot into hyperspace close enough to the planet to not fully be in hyperspace in order to destroy the planet. this is going of if i remember hyperspace being a different dimension which i don't remember if it is
