Waddle Doo(this one is specifically male)

I would like this Waddle Doo to be turned into a more human character, and these are some details I'd like:
An eyepatch instead of just one big eye
A beam wand(like the one Kirby has in the image)
A couple eyelashes on the eye that's showing, just like how Waddle Doo looks in the image
