Sorry, where exactly is Putilovka? There's one in Crimea but you're very directly saying that this is a village in Donetsk

I guess that the village in question is on the northwestern outskirts of Donetsk, in the Kievski district (one of the most dangerous/most often shelled parts of the city at the moment). This district incorporates several villages. The English-language Wiki article on the Kievski district of Donetsk is rather brief, but all those villages are listed in the Russian-language version. Including a village named Putilovka. You can open it and use an online translator

P. Lancaster says the school is in the Kievski district at the beginning of his video. The teacher in the video talks of Putilovka village, pointing out of the school window. Kievski district it is.

All I'm hearing is that I've done more background reading on these places than you have even though you're the one who's actually watched the video 🤷that's not a good sign
