Description:This Pokemon was created by Arceus fusing palkia and dialga together. This Pokemon rivals Arceus and Giratina's strength.
Suprisingly, Dialka can hold and use the Arceus plates of water and steel, completely changing it's type. Legend has it, Dialka broke out of a masterball prototype.
Abilities: Intimidate, and (hidden ability) Dragon's Origin. Its effect is: If you use Roar of time, or Spacial rend, change this pokemon's type to dragon-steel or dragon-psychic(depending on which one you used).
Stats: Hp 112, Atk 130, Def 80, Sp Atk 130, Sp Def 90, and a speed of 98, creating a whopping 640 stat total. Its special move is Roar of the universe, with 160 power, a special attack, and (like giga impact) takes 1 turn to recharge.
