Cornell West credits Antifa with saving his and other black leaders' lives at Charlottesville.

That may be true, but the rhetoric of ANTIFA is greatly exaggerated and is less of an organized movement than something of an idea

However, any pro-fascist protest will always be countered with non-fascist protest such as what happened at Charlottesville. Whether it's a true organized ANTIFA or not, I assume, is open for speculation

I’m sorry for not being clear. I put Antifa in quotes because I consider anyone who is against fascism to be Antifa.

By pointing out that they are in prison I was illustrating that they have been targeted by right wing law enforcement.
