1) I think the Iron Leaves/Walking Wake event ended a couple hours ago

2) You gotta sort out the Starfall street arc, the path of legends arc, and the finale to get it



Buuttttt on the bright side the Iron Leaves/Walking wake raids should be back in around April, says Serebii

Serebii is sometimes wrong tho, my thinking is that they will be like iron vallint, it will be a rare paradox form that appears in one area of area zero, or possibly a new equivalent area

Hmm... but Iron Leaves and Walking Wake are both pseudo-legendaries, so I don't think you'll be able to catch multiple even if you can get them to spawn in the overworld. It'll probably be like the second raidon you can catch in area zero
