Bullet trains are good, up until you need to get to a place 209 miles from the station.

Yes, China has a lot of them, and not as many derailments, at least not after their fiasco in 2011.

Comparing to the Chinese public transport, that is extraordinary, fast, and convenient, we Muricans may as well travel on foot, buddy. We are WAY behind. All we have money for is f**king wars.

Everyone should Avoid China made products if at all possible, including their lab leaked viruses.

If you want to avoid made in China, then ditch your shoes and your underwear. Put your phone in a trash can. Dispose of your TV and other electronics. Strip your vehicle, because some 80% of the parts are made in China (and see what you have left). The covid test kits are all made in China. Some foods in the grocery store are made in China. Thank our politicians, who allowed corporate overlords to export all the paying jobs to China. Don't bitch on China. Admire.

The Covid test kits are not the only Covid thing made in China. I know full well that it’s impossible to keep their products out of my life, but I do make a concerted effort to minimize them. My Samsung phone is made in So. Korea, Sony TV in Japan, Jockey Made in America Collection is snuggling my privates as we chat. There is no reason to admire China, just as there is no reason to take a train cross country when I can fly.

Exactly…we should be shunning them, not admiring them.
